2. Information we process

When you submit an information or order request, we process your name, telephone number, optional email address, country, province, district, street address, notes, and the selected products, fabrics and quantities.

To prevent abuse, we may use a pseudonymous one-way security value derived from the requester's IP address and browser information together with a temporary request counter. Cart, language and material selections are stored locally in your browser.

3. Why we use this information

• To record, review and respond to information and order requests,
• To transfer your selected products into a WhatsApp conversation you initiate,
• To prepare, deliver and support confirmed orders,
• To secure the service and limit duplicate or abusive requests,
• To meet applicable legal obligations.

4. Service providers and transfers

We may use Firebase/Firestore for products, requests and administrator authentication; Google Drive for product images, videos and 3D models; Vercel for hosting; and WhatsApp after a redirect initiated by you. These providers may process data on systems outside Türkiye under their own security and privacy terms.

5. Google user data and Drive access

Google Drive authorization is used only through an authorized administrator account to manage product media. The application requests the Google drive.file scope, limiting access to files created or uploaded by the application or explicitly selected by the administrator. Drive content is not used for advertising, profiling or sale and is not shared except with service providers required to operate the feature.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention, security and your requests

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, the order process and any applicable legal retention obligations. Administrator sessions, server-side authorization and access controls are used to reduce unauthorized access.

You may request access, correction, deletion or information about processing by contacting ertekintekstiladmin@gmail.com with enough information to verify your identity. Requests are reviewed under applicable law.
