2. Nature of an order request
Using the “Get information/order via WhatsApp” flow does not take payment or create a finalized sale. Your request is recorded in Firestore and then redirected to WhatsApp. An order becomes final only after the product, fabric, measurements, price, availability, delivery and payment details are mutually confirmed in WhatsApp.
3. Product information and media
Product photographs, videos, colour samples and 3D models are provided for illustration. Screen settings, lighting and digital modelling may cause small differences in actual colour, texture or drape. Production details for made-to-measure goods are confirmed separately.
4. Price, payment and delivery
Displayed prices, where present, may vary with fabric, measurements, workmanship and additional services. The final amount, payment method, production time and delivery conditions are provided before confirmation in WhatsApp. Users are responsible for accurate and current contact and delivery information.
5. Cancellation and returns
Current terms are set out in the Returns and Cancellation Policy. Rights under mandatory consumer law remain unaffected.
6. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Site content, brand elements, product media and 3D assets may not be commercially reproduced or republished without permission. You may not use the site to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access or pursue an unlawful purpose.
7. Liability and governing law
Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, liability for indirect losses is excluded. Turkish law applies, without limiting a consumer's right to apply to any legally competent authority.
