Returns and Cancellation Policy

1. Return period

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Before the period expires, send your order/request number to ertekintekstiladmin@gmail.com or call 0532 165 37 75.

2. Review and shipping

Contact us before sending an item. We will provide the return address and shipping steps after reviewing the request. Where possible, the item should remain unused, undamaged and complete. Eligibility is assessed according to the product, the confirmed order terms and mandatory law.

3. Made-to-measure and personalized goods

Return and withdrawal rights for goods made to a customer's measurements or clear specifications may differ from standard products. This is disclosed in WhatsApp before order confirmation. Mandatory rights concerning defective or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

4. Order cancellation

The initial website form is only an order request. No order is final until it is mutually confirmed in WhatsApp before payment. For a confirmed order, contact us as soon as possible; available cancellation options depend on the production stage.
